The 17 Day Diet during the holidays
Well I made it through Thanksgiving Day and I believe I did really well. For the menu that day I had turkey breast, mixed veggie salad, garlic and Parmesan mashed potatoes, sauteed broccoli, and pumpkin mousse. Of course I limited myself when it came to the mashed potatoes enjoying them yet letting the other foods that were a better choice fill me up. This week I was able to lose another 3 lbs. bringing my total to 26 lbs. thus far. I will continue on...
