Body and Spirit Staff understand that sometime things may arise where you need to contact one of the staff members or writers. To contact an author of a specific article, it is best to leave a comment at the end of the article. If this is not the best solution then it is suggested that you contact the administrator and and they will in return be sure that the author is given your message.
Currently the easiest and most effective way to contact any of the supporting staff is by email. Below you will see a list of all contacts. Be sure to select the proper person you are contacting. If you are unsure of who you should contact, you can send your comments to the administrator and if need be, your message will forwarded to the proper department.
